You can request to speak with a School-Based Therapist or School Psychologist by filling out our FUHSD Wellness Check-In Form. We take appointments during regular school hours, Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. If this is a medical or mental health emergency, DO NOT fill out this form. Fremont High School staff can refer a student to the District's School Linked Services Specialist for referrals to community resources by filling out this form.

Deirdre Louie is available Monday through Friday during regular school hours for student mental health support. If you would like to request an appointment, please fill out a Wellness Check-in Form. Jesus Ramirez Family & Community Liaison (408) 522-2466 Location: Downstairs A-Building Jesus Ramirez coordinates services, provides parent-to-parent support for families, and serves as a communications liaison between families, community agencies, and the school, including Sunnyvale Community Services, Columbia Neighborhood Center, Mayview Community Health Center, and the YWCA.
